On 27 January 2026, the Artisans’ Certification Ceremony was held in Peshkopi, marking an important step in supporting and promoting traditional Albanian craftsmanship.

During the event, 6 “Master Artisan” titles and 3 “Assistant Master Artisan” titles were awarded, recognizing the valuable contribution of local artisans to the preservation of cultural heritage.

The initiative was implemented in cooperation with local artisans of the Municipality of Dibër, the Municipality of Dibër, and the National Chamber of Crafts of Albania, with the financial support of the Government of Canada through the CFLI (Canada Fund for Local Initiatives).
