The final Prema Training event was organized by the Balance Center and the National Chamber of Crafts.
The PREMA concept introduces an integrated, efficient and profitable management of resources in the enterprise. This methodology has been developed and successfully applied in Germany and in more than 56 countries in the world. We are proud to see it piloted in Albania, especially with Chamber member companies.
The eight selected companies have participated in the PREMA training and have implemented measures to increase the resource efficiency, productivity and competitiveness of their business models. Their success stories reflect the potential for significant improvements, even with small measures, and without huge costs.
All craft businesses that participate in Prema Trainings are provided with certificates.
