On March 20, 2025, at the National Chamber of Crafts, the training  "Pedagogy in the Workplace" was held, led by German expert Steffen Tschuck. This training aimed to improve pedagogical methods and techniques in the context of professional environments and was dedicated to developing the skills of trainers and professionals operating in the field of crafts.

During this training, a practical task was carried out, which was demonstrated by representatives of SHPPAT, SDI and ALTA GROUP, who were under the supervision and guidance of expert Steffen Tschuck. This activity provided opportunities to learn from best practices and to improve teaching processes in the workplace.

This training was an important step in advancing pedagogy in the field of crafts and developing professional skills, contributing to raising standards and increasing work efficiency in the crafts sector.
