After years of work, dedication, and teaching, there comes a moment when your work speaks for itself – and this moment is called Master. This title is awarded by the National Chamber of Crafts, with the support of the Canadian Government’s Local Initiatives in Albania through CFLI (Canada Fund for Local Initiatives), as an official recognition for those who have built their careers on solid experience, professional skills, and a continuous contribution to nurturing new generations.
To receive the Master certification, it requires not only passing the qualification exam but also demonstrating readiness to lead, educate, and uphold the values of a profession that demands both heart and skill. Being a Master is not the end of the journey – it is the beginning of a mission to carry forward the craft you have built with your hands and your heart.
