The Women Entrepreneurs Committee of the National Chamber of Crafts organized on February 25 the International Conference "Work-Family Balance and Gender Equality in the Craft Sector". During the second day of the conference, Mrs. Anke Brühl-Tschuck legal expert in Germany during her speech spoke about the Work-Family Balance and the changes due to Covid-19. Ladies representing the Committee of Craft Entrepreneurs of Albania, the Association of Montenegro, Kosovo, Northern Macedonia, and Serbia presented the conclusions of the questionnaire conducted on "Work-Family Balance and Gender Equality in the Craft Sector". At the end of this activity, women entrepreneurs received the title of Master!
